Domestic Shipping Policy

The processing time for most custom orders is between 1-2 weeks, this does not include shipping time. We do our best to get the item to you as soon as possible. Depending on the complexity of the item, some orders may take longer to process. Each product listing indicates how long it will take to process.

We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S., with the exception of Hawaii.

Make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. Orders that are returned due to an invalid address will be charged the full shipping costs for reshipping.

Local Pickups are available for Maui residents only.  Minimum purchase amount of $20. Must be able to meet in Central Maui. When item is ready to be picked up, a confirmation will be sent to customer.  An approved time, date and location must be confirmed by Glow Mama Designs prior to pickup.  If an arrangement to pick up item cannot be made within 10 business days, your item will be automatically shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.  Note:  Shipping charges may apply.
